主要用途(Main application):
本機適用于制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè),是微粉碎加工前道工序的配套設備,它不受物料粘度、硬度、軟度及纖維等限制,對任何物料能起較好的粉碎效果。
This machine is applied as supporting equipment before fine crushing process in such trades as pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff etc., which has better crushing effect for any material without limitation on its viscosity, hardness, softness and fiber etc.
工作原理(Working principle):
本機為立式粉碎結構,物料由進料斗進入粉碎室,利用旋轉刀旋轉沖擊,固定刀和活動刀同時剪切而獲得粉碎,經旋轉離心力的作用,物料自動流向出口處。另外,WCSJ-20A按“GMP”標準設計,整機全部采用不銹鋼材料制造,使藥品、食品等更能符合國家衛(wèi)生要求。
This machine is of vertical crushing structure, and the material is fed into the crushing chamber through a hopper, crushed by simultaneous cutting of both fixed and movable knives and rotating impact of rotating knife, and flowed
to the exit automatically under the effect of rotating centrifugal force. Besides, WCSJ-20A is
designed according to GMP standard and wholly made of stainless steel, making the medicine and food met the national hygienic requirement.
